Well that didn't long it seems a new company called Crown3DS has produced a Flashcard for running hacked games on the new Nintendo 3DS unit!

When Nintendo announced to the world that they were releasing a new portable DS unit called 3DS with better graphics, new cartridge format and of course 3D screens, they also claimed it was "un-hack'able" and they had alot more protection in the new design.

Well it seems a group of 'hackers' calling themselves "Crown3DS" have developed a flashcart that can run 3DS games, as they recently released a video showing proof of their 'hack' by playing "Splinter Cell 3D" from their 'hacking device'.

Nintendo has been famous in the past for lawsuits and raiding shop owners that carry the world-famous R4 flashcarts for their older DS portable units, so it's up to Nintendo now if they going to make sure this device never hits the market or add more protection in new games!

Seems true, but, need a cartige "all in one". It's hard for a portable console, bring the "circuit board" back.
