Kinect comes to Bulletstorm on the PC

Modders and Coders keep doing interesting things with Kinect, this one being for an FPS game!

In this video they used FAAST to make a mod that lets the Bulletstorm players on the PC to control the game with their hands and feet using the Kinect 360 controller on the PC.

With the 'extra processing power' of a PC, the Kinect has become a gem of a device for PC gamers to play around with, and with the up-coming official 'Kinect' SDK for Windows we will be see more of these neat 'mods' coming out.

They have also completed a conversion of dead island (pc) to Kinect but as yet that is not available to show videos or release yet.

They are however taking requests from those who want to use Kinect on their PC instead of on the 360, for more ideas or mods!

Impressive & cool! But i doubt it is possible to beat someone with a mouse & keyboard this way. Would have to be forced to play like this to make it fair.

I have to say I am impressed all that and no buttons. Looks like kinect is shapeing up nicely tho i still see it as being at it's best when used in tandem with some sort of controller even if it's only a nunchuck type one.

Nice game, how on earth one can play an fps with the kinect is beyond me.
