Team Wasabi has informed us today, of a very nice update to their amazing ODDE unit for Microsoft Xbox 360 Consoles

Their latest BETA 3 firmware now includes support for those users that want to rip 'iXtreme LT+ v3' disc images to their Wasabi360 HDD.

We have released Wasabi 360 Ultra firmware v1.2 BETA 3 which includes the following changes:

- Supports iXtreme LT v3 AP25 topology data from disc image
- Fixed a bug which resulted in the auto-extracted drive key not being permanently saved in rare cases

Yep you could always do that, but you need to rip the 'original disc' -- This update allows you to grab (cough) one of those prepared discs image on the 'net designed for the latest C4EVA firmware, or borrow a burned disc from your friend and rip that to the HDD instead of using your REAL bought disc! :)
