One is an image gallery and the other one doesn't even work.

Two Pokémon 'games' got approved in the iPhone/iPad App Store. Well, seems they are also rip-offs, as one of them doesn't even work and the other one is just a gallery!
A developer with the name "Home of Anime" began selling a counterfeit Pokémon app on the App Store. Well, apparently this is a "Pokémon Yellow" version, but it doesn't even work.
The app only loads the title screen before crashing on iOS devices such as the iPhone and iPad. Its preview uses screenshots from a more recent Pokémon game instead of the Pokémon Yellow game from 1998. It has received over 1,300 reviews, averaging 1.5 out of 5 stars.
The description of that game says it is "just like the original."
Well, there's another one. An app called "Pokémon - Pocket Edition". And apparently this one is just a 'Pokémon Gallery' with game screenshots.
Marking the Pokémon series's glorious debut on the Appstore, Pokémon lets you verse and play as everyone's favorite Pokémon, Pikachu, around awesome lands. Using the stylus to control your favorite Pokémon, zip across land and sea—even through the air—on a mad dash for the finish line. During the race, look for power-ups, hot spots, and friendly Pokémon willing to aid you on your way. Flip through pictures as you enjoy the pokemon journey.
Hook up with other Trainers and let the fast-paced fun begin. You'll have to be quick and cunning to win, so study the courses and look for shortcuts to help you along.
Entry level price SALE! $4.99> Grab it whiles it's hot!

They surely are ripping-off a lot of people. The question is, how these apps managed to get approved by Apple?
