A new app has been released for Android devices with the Siyah kernel (Like the Galaxy S II), this app called [b]ExTweaks[(b] allows you to perform a lot of tweaks like increasing (or decreasing) CPU and GPU speed, remove rooting, backup the file system and much more to achieve better performance including doubling the battery duration.
It is on the Google Play Market so if you want to test it, direct download link and more info are below.
