Tony Fadell, Apple Executive reveals in an interview that the company considered including a keyboard and a click wheel of the original iPhone

That's it, the original iPhone would have come to us with a physical keyboard and a click wheel if the idea wasn't discarded before. Tony Fadell, from Apple revealed this and more "secrets" about the original iPhone inception.

According to The Verge:



Tony Fadell, former Apple executive and CEO of Nest, stopped by On The Verge this past Friday and shared some inside details around the iPhone's creation, including the fact that Apple seriously considered building an iPhone with a hardware keyboard. We've pulled together a quick piece of the interview where Fadell goes into detail on the different iPhone designs that Apple considered if your'e curious to learn more about the early days of Apple's big moneymaker, check out the clip below.
