Hellcat posted on his Twitter that he is working on a Recovery Flasher (1.70-WIP), shows a video installing 6.60-PRO-B10 from 3.71-M33!

Hellcat, has announced on Twitter that he is working on a new Recovery Flasher version. v1.70 is still a W.I.P., but he already shows a video installing 6.60-PRO-B10 from 3.71-M33!

Aside from being able to install custom firmware, Recovery Flasher can install official firmware, backup the PSP's flash storage, dump the NAND and "Pandorize" your battery. Recovery Flasher can also be configured to be accessible from the PSP's recovery menu and/or the service menu of Pandora, if access to the XMB is blocked. Hellcat says that the new update will also see new firmware packs. These firmware packs can be used to jump directly to a specific firmware.
