A version of HBO's HBO GO app for Android tablets is, and should arrive in the next few months, an HBO spokeswoman said Tuesday.
iOS user won't be the only who can enjoy the HBO GO app as the company has announced that they are working hard to bring it to the majority of Android tablets. It is expected that it will come in the few months.
HBO GO is now supported on Android phones running up to version 4.04 (Ice Cream Sandwich). We are actively working on a version of the application that will be optimized for most Android tablets, including Kindle Fire. Please stay tuned as a new version of the application with support for tablets is coming early this summer."
