Still pre-alpha, however.

Even though there is no 3DS homebrew yet, a dev managed to make a fully playable MMO game on your 3DS Browser...
Nope, there isn't 3DS Homebrew out there yet, but one developer managed to make a Web Game specially designed for the Nintendo 3DS Browser, called 'Triniate'.
This one is a "MMO" at pre-alpha stages, but it's already fully playable using your 3DS inputs!
By going to Triniate.com on your 3DS, you can access an alpha demonstration of an MMO, and by going to 3DS Plaza's Sidescroller URL (http://www.3dsplaza.com/apps/sidescroller/), you can access a rough platformer demo -- fully playable using your 3DS inputs. Talk about homebrew! All of this comes from the creator of 3DSPlaza.com -- a 3DS fan site, preferably accessed on an actual 3DS or DSi system.
Pretty impressive considering the 3DS Browser doesn't even support Java or Flash!
