Any reports on what the record is for someone with a flashed drive playing on LIVE before getting a ban??
If your proactive enough you should be able to avoid a ban shouldn't you?. For example:
Always stealth patch the iso file before burning (abgx)
Never play a game before the release week
Don't play on live when a new system update is made available before restoring and updating the dash and then wait for a new ixtreamer update.
Do MS deteched/check a drives FW or the actual game disc itself for anomalies?
