Buddhist Leader calls video games 'emotional therapy'

A senior Buddhist leader has called video games 'emotional therapy'. He notes that if he has negative thoughts or feelings, he can let them come out in the video game and feels better afterwards.

LOL! well whatever works for him, I know that there's also the flip side of things the idiots that believe they can fly just like in games and such, but then again this are people with mental problems that shouldn't be allowed to play video games in the first place... actually they shouldn't be allowed out in society period.

Figure it better to let go of tension and aggravation through a game than to yell at my wife and kids or sulk back in my bedroom, or take up drugs or drinking after I get home.

It really does depend on the person though; it would be really cool if this worked on everyone. Well I don't get overly angry much, but I hope that I could release some anger with video games.... now what about sore losers though? usually they get violent BECAUSE of video games.... which more often than not is totally hilarious.
