2K claims EA lying over community feedback in NBA LIVE 10 patch

A 2K manager recently posted up a scathing attack on EA, claiming that they lied that their patch for NBA LIVE 10 ws based on communtiy feedback. The post which has since been deleted stated EA were lying and simply built the patch PRIOR to the release of the game.

There is no way they could get days/weeks of feedback, build a patch to fix all their issues, have passed cert, etc. without a very simple thing: they were building the patch before release. any patch or dlc that comes out that quick after launch was already planned and in the works.

what would make this patch interesting is if it was already on the disc hahahahaha
