XCM to release brand new keyboard and mouse adapters for PS3 and 360

XCM are set to release two separate devices for keybord and mouse control on the PS3 and 360 respectively. The new products promise improved accuracy as well as features such as the ability to map keys from special XCM software.

Here's the specs of the PS3 version:

XFPS 4.0 Force (for PS 3™)

Connect PS/2 or USB mouse & keyboard to your PS 3™

Compatible with all mice and keyboards.

Accuracy in aiming and fast response while playing shooting game.

Easy to map all PS 3 controller keys to keyboard and mouse via PC by XCM software.

When using with our new coming product (Magic link), the remote player can help you to pass the game level via the internet from his PC.

3 level of auto fire function.

Note:need to connect to PC (laptop or desktop).

Weren't all the previous versions supposed to have done all this, or were they sold making false claims, which means that they should be replaced with the new ones for free in the very least . I'd never buy their stuff again due to the frequent revisions to give you what you were meant to have in the first version.

i purchased the second version of the xcm adapter that allows you to hook up a 360 controller to ps3, about a month later a new version came out. but the one i have works just fine and supports rumble. definitely worth the purchase price.

but it would be nice to use a keyboard/mouse on the consoles for fps

so basically this one could be improved by softwareupdates instead of new revisions of the hardware?

well lets just see what people say about this one 6 Months after release.

i got the XFPS 360 Sniper Edition (the fugly green one!) and it was fine so far only one major problem, either i could aim precisely OR i could turn fast with the mouse BUT i had no chance to aim good AND turn fast. -> tried it for 2 days with diffrent games and then send it back.

Oh and the amount of Cables was horrible!

So if i use the PC version i could actually use the DPi Switch from my logitech mouse to change the mouse speed? And no more changing cables all the time?

Well it looks like an improvement, but honestly...? naaaaah!
