It looks as if Modern Warfare is living up to its expectations as the Christmas number 1. Right now it sits on top of the weekly UK charts with Assassin's Creed 2 following in behind. The rest of the top five is made up by New Super Mario Bros. Wii, FIFA 10 and Wii Fit Plus.
