360 freezing on loading :(

ive done an xclamp repair on it but this 360 still keeps freezing on the logo... ive even re flowed it with a heatgun...is there anything else to try or is it time for the bin

Try it without the hard drive on.

If that doesnt work. Put the motherboard in the oven for 10 minutes on 180c

I used an electric fan oven and it did the trick to a 3 red light 360 I couldn't repair.

No mate just popped it on the middle shelf on a baking tray.

Sounds daft I know but It did the trick.

didnt work still freezing and sometimes 3 RR`s

i even added salt and pepper
