    MS now banning homebrew enabled Xbox 360's

    The banning hammer at Microsoft is working overtime right through the Christmas period! Reports have come forth that they are banning homebrew enabled Xbox 360's over the festive period, which is hardly a surprise considering MS.

    Really? Does MS really think they are hurting someone? I would trade in live for homebrew enabled 360 anyday.

    Microsoft sees all it was assumed this would happen but it was worth people trying. Maybe in the distant future if/when newer 360s are hacked and robots rule the earth someone will see to this problem.

    Related but off topic, did anyone mess with the 360 boot visuals yet? would be great to have purple flubber on boot

    I don't understand something. Don't you have to decline an update to get the home brew working? Doesn't live kick you off if you decline the update? wouldnt the update wipe out homebrew? How are people getting banned?

    homebrew enabled 360 is 'running' the latest dashboard. except its patched so no efuses are blown.
    My ps3 is way better then yours.
