newly noobed need help with upgrading 3.8 m33-5

Hey everyone
So i've had a psp since launch used to be pro at this stuff but then the worst thing imaginable happened ....it bricked long story short ive been without my psp for about 6 months (if not longer) i unbricked it (pandora soft using another phat1000) and everything is great all my stuff works (except remote play which never functioned for some reason {i think i may have screwed up my id keys})


i cant update to 5.5 gen-d3 i placed all the file's in the correct place and run the eboot about halfway my psp just shuts off and when i reboot it i am still on 3.8 m33-5 can any one help me i rele want to get back into the scene and find all the cool new toys

nvrmnd i had 2 upgrade to 5.0 m33 before it would work

Update to 5.50GEN D3 to play almost games...now, some games don'r run on 5.50GEND3, on 5.00M33 is worse.
