Great find! Windows Defender is convinced that it's a virus though. I'll have to try inside a VM.
kaspersky also says that file is infected but i just turn off kaspersky and work fine... After tests i remove archive with RLS from pc and turned on kaspersky back
You need to have a game in the Gamecube before you try streaming. I still can't get it to work though, I get to a screen that says "card bypass" I can choose A or B but then it just sits on "Please Wait". Oh well it was worth a try, thanks to you for finding the program again.
BTW you can add exceptions to most AV software, just add the file it flags as malicious, I think its pretty unlikely it actually is, just the act of pushing files across the network like that is similar to what malware might do.
Try choosing "Loader: GCSim Preview" in the GCOS configuration window, I got further with that but still wasn't able to get any game started (stuck on "Please Wait..." in Starcube).
