USB Loader GX and compression of games

So when I transfer backups to my flash drive, someone was saying the application will AUTOMATICALLY scrub (make smaller, compress) the games? Will this happen from my pc? Or when USB Loader GX converts the space on the flash drive and then imports the games? OR - is there a DIFFERENT way I will need to do this?

when you install a game all the dummy data is not copied over, same if you are using WBFS manager, when you extract a game from your WBFS drive to your pc then it is expanded to the full size of 4.35GB
