Hi guys got my hands on a jasper board but when i went to turn it on i got a E76 error did a little reading found out it could be caused by a faulty ICS(ethernet chip) so i checked all over making sure it wasnt a cold soldier joint then noticed a cut had been made or had been caught by previous owner maybe heavy handed when installing the dvd rom back in anyways its cut across these 2 traces on the board

would this cause the E76 error if so can i just resoldier (bridge the gaps ) ie with 2 small wires

any help would be grateful
