bought new ps3. its 3.30 now what

I have used the search feature But I want to be absolutly sure I dont screw this up. I want to get up to 3.41 and not 3.42, how can I go about this ? Download 3.41 put on usb stick ?

Download the 3.41 update then make a folder on the root of your memory stick named PS3 then make another folder inside that named UPDATE

PS3/UPDATE/ <---- place update file here

Go to network update on the XMB and select to update via USB
