.. i have a question for some who is a little advanced in flashing... i have lite on 83850-v1 with LT. I do not have DVDkey and org FW. Can i use LT switch v2 plus clip to read FW and DVDkey, and then write new CFW ? Or maybe it is impossible using this tool, or maybe i need sth more??
well i upgraded my first 83850v1 the other day to lt+,according to the owner of the 360 it had lt on it,it read without any messing,did it just the way you would normaly do a 83850v1,using jungleflasher lo83.half tray etc!
i personaly thought a liteon that had lt on it was not readable,i know 74850,83850v2 and 93450 have to be mra or similar method dumped,cut tracks etc but,i also assumed the same was for 83850v1,if you dont have the firmware and key you can only get it by mra dumping the drive if its preflashed with lt,if that 83850v1 was preflashed with lt it required no mra dump.
so i suggest you just try to dump the firmware normal method,you dont even have to open the case of the drive if you have a kit to power it,just use the eject button.before you go messing with it.
