[RELEASE] btcnfgen, a pspbtcnf build/extraction utility
After a long time I've taken up PSP development again. Recently while working on a PSP-related project, I had the need to modify prx loading on flash rather than using the seplugins functionality of custom firmwares.
However, none of the available tools seemed to work on 5.50GEN. So I ended up coding one myself.
