I've been dissecting this prototype for some time and have uncovered a lot of stuff such as unused ships. The game is limited to two levels in Mission mode and one level in HyperMelee (deathmatch) mode, with no selectable ships other than the default ones. Most of the modding has been done to the ISO image content (using a hex editor to change the names/folders of specific ships in the PSX.exe file), but this means I have to recompile the image and convert it to an eboot for each change I make.
I have tried using CWCheat to try and find codes to make the ships selectable, but have had no luck. Any thoughts on any alternative ways of finding any CWCheat or Gameshark codes? My current findings are on my website.
