You mean it will be run through the browser instead of having a separate application, perhaps?

It does not mean using an internet browser to buy games. He means the eShop application will run faster and smoother then its Wii/DSi counter parts. If you have ever bought bought games off of Nintendos current system, you would know how Godly slow they run, it's very annoying.
