sounds like he's complaining just because it doesnt have 40+ hours of cut scenes to mask the short story mode.
He's actually quite right. If you take away the eye-candy from Crysis what you're left with is a minimal amount of generic/confusing story. Two games and all you've really learned is that there's an alien invasion coming.
The way Crysis has been done is like that movie Cloverfield.. I like the games don't get me wrong but he isn't wrong on this.
I agree with him. Doesn't make it a bad game though. At least not in my opinionI liked it.
The main thing about crysis is its graphics.
Even now the original is still used as a benchmark on PCs.
Kojima should take a look at Cryisis 2 Multiplayer, 30min of less MGS4 Movies could translate to a better multiplayer experience, cos MGS Online was crap, nothing saved it.

MGS4: 5 mins of gameplay, 20 mins of video, then 2 mins of gameplay, then 15 mins of video....

Perfect for me..I don't can about story, I like games with graphic a gameplay.
And this is comming from the guy who is luckt he doesn't have to pay likeness rights to Kurt Russel and MGM for his blatant rip off of Snake Plissken, i also bet that Crysis 2 won't have pointless shite about cooking eggs or even worse a totaly pointless excercise video advert, not to mention, no 15 minute waits between levels and loading every 5 minutes.
and people are STILL waiting on that trophy patch!
