Allot of things are bound to be affected in some way, no surprise given that there are bigger priorities for allot of people.

BUT, where does it say in the source about motorstorm 3?

they are but its because power is limited and by closing they allow more power thats still available to be used where its needed most, thats sony closed 5 of the 6 plants they shut, the 6th (a blu-ray pressing plant) was hit by the tsunami so left them no choice but to close that one, might also explain some delays if they are unable to press the games.

It's always good when you can blame an earthquake when in reality you are just delaying the release so that you can require a new, so far unhacked firmware version to run the game... (remember the GT5 delay...).

The European Sony PS3 Blurays are manufactured here in Austria and I can assure you that neither did we have an earthquake, nor do we have any nuclear power plants at all - so why is the European release now also delayed...

I do not at all think anything you have said is anything to do with the delay if any in Europe is too happen anyway. Its the setting on a Apocalyptic earthquake ravaged island that is clearly the issue that is up for consideration as a matter of maybe poor taste at this time to release. Its already delayed in New Zealand because of their Earthquake and now Japan. I hope they continue to release it but put the profits into the Earthquake fund as the developer is first party.
