WiiMC Channel (NEED HELP BAD)

I have been using MPlayer CE for the longest time and I decided I'd try WiiMC and see if it was better. I like the interface better and it has several features MPlayer CE lacks. I wanted to have the channel for it on my Wii's main menu so I don't have to go through HBC every time. Here lies the problem, its like a endless circle. I launch WiiMC Channel Installer (got it right from Homebrew Browser) and it says:

"This channel installer requires IOS58. Please install IOS58, reinstall the Homebrew Channel, then try again"

So I went to Multi-Mod Manager, chose IOS58 (My HBC is default using IOS61 v22.29 apparently) then went into apps and loaded WiiMC Channel Installer and got this message:

"Currently running IOS (IOS58) is fakesigned! installer cannot continue."

So I went to HBB and got "IOS58 Installer" thinking mine might be out of date (don't know if that's possible or not) and it says downloading, but it then fails to install. So looked around and I have to reinstall HBC for IOS58 to work

Bottom line. I can't install WiiMC Channel without running HBC in IOS58, I have IOS58 but it says its faksigned and cannot install. I'm thinking this is the cause of a few problems my Wii has reading my 1T harddrive. if anyone can help me please let me know what I'm doing wrong. Thanks

Never mind, lol I figured it out. I don't know why it was being such a pain in the butt though
