is it posible to play ps1 or ps2 games on the ps3 320g move combo pack?

i get someone that confirm me that ps1 can be played but i wonder if the ps2 games can be played too please let me know any information. what kind of ps3 is and if its new or old, im interested in the new ones. so far what i know is that only old ps3 can play the ps1 or 2 games but not the slims one until some days ago that my friend was playing with her ps3 slim "move" combo pack of 320g hard drive. thanks all for ur time.

no PS3 can run PS2 CD based games, only the original 60GB (fat) PS3 can play most PS1 CD based games...

all current PS3's can run PS1 titles downloaded from the PSNstore
