M3Advance Movie Player SD GBA

I just found my old GBA SP with the movie player SD version. I have a spare 256mb SD card but I cant remember how to put the firmware on to the SD card.

I downloaded the update.e19 but dont know if its the CF or SD one. I cant even remember where to put it or how to use it. I've googled all over the place but cant get good info on how to set it up.

Any help here would be great if anyone remembers these cards. I also have found an even older Flash2Advance cart with 256m. I still have the USB cable for it as well lol. Not got the software for that either but I aint really look yet.

best i can suggest is to try gbatemp or pocket heaven they were around back then so may have the info you need in their archives.

apologies for the late reply but i wasnt around when you posted this and only saw it now because some scumball spammer resurrected the thread by posting his crap in it, of course thats gone and hes banned now.
