trannsfering files from ntfs to ps3 internal

Hi,I have some games on an ntfs format ext hdd and want to transfer it directly into my ps3 internal using Multiman, Multiman has the option to change to ntfs format, but when i do i cant do anythign after that? can anyone help me, yes the games have >4gb files, and yes everythign is plugged in .??

I personally have never gotten NTFS drives to work. After I toggle NTFS I can move around the menu, but I can't actually select anything, and the drive just seems to endlessly refresh, so I'm left with turning off my ps3 to toggle back to FAT. That said, the HDD I'm using seems to have something lose so I have to move the usb cable around to get the PC to recognize it.

I didn't delve deeper into the problem since what I had on the HDD that I needed to access was my extensive collection of roms, so I just got a small 250GB drive for those... anyways, I'll format a USB stick to NTFS and try it just out of curiosity.
