There is no lower score possible for a game, maybe a new minus rating scale will be issued if Hulk ever produces another flop like this one

Gameinformer recently reviewed the new Hulk Hogan's Main Event Wrestling Video Game for the Xbox 360 using Kinect.

The review goes into quite of bit about all it's numberous faults, but it can be summed up below, with two words: IT SUCKS!

Hulk Hogan’s Main Event is a baffling product, and I have no idea who its intended audience is. I guess it could be for fans of wrestling and crappy Punch-Out clones, but even that doesn’t make sense. I’m a lifelong fan of professional wrestling, and I love Punch-Out so much that it made the list of my ten favorite games of all-time. Main Event is an absolutely atrocious title, and I received no entertainment value out of it whatsoever. The best compliment I can give it is that Kinect picks up on what you want to do some of the time, but that would be like complimenting a Mario game for recognizing that you want to jump when you press A. In the six years I’ve been doing this, I can honestly say that Hulk Hogan’s Main Event is the worst game I’ve ever reviewed.

After Dan Ryckert reviewed this game and gave it the lowest score ever for game, an big huge 1, as it not #1, but super-horrible bottom of the barrel 1, I am sure he asked them in the future to be allowed to give 'negative' points to a game rating, because that is how bad it is, but no matter it carries the Hulk Hogan name so it will sell in the stores, but it will not be record-breaking, more like disc-breaking as the players of this game will get more enjoyment out of breaking the disc into two pieces when they become angry over how bad it is!

Anyway, that is baffling beyond belief - if I reviewed it, I would've said 'forget that' after a minute or two of gameplay LMAO!

sounds like hulk hogan has done to kinect the same thing he has done to tna, takes something half decent and flushed it down the toilet, i cant believe tna renewed his contract for another 2 years.

Don't even mention TNA -- Sadly that review news comes from an TNA site, another site (cough) that I host for others I know for years in the field, so I know all too well!

i used to enjoy tna but hogan wrecked it completely, tonights show on spike is 2 hours long but after all the talking there are only 2 matches and this should have been a jam packed "before the glory" event, thank goodness roh is back on tv.

Oh my god

I just did that for BOTH GameSpot and Metacritic - that has made me laugh (sorry folks)

Also, I don't understand why some people gave this game REALLY high ratings (oh wait a minute - they have done so for the sarcastic lulz ) - on the flipside (minus the sarcasm), G4TV AND netjak gave ZERO!
