    upgrade from 3.14 rebug?

i'm on rebug 3.14 and want to update to 3.55.02 rebug do i just do it directly from the rebug update pup or do i have to go to 3.55 ofw first?

what will i have to uninstall 1st? (emulators, multiman, pkg installer)?

we now know the Xbox One's game licensing policy was written from the ground up for companies. It's aggressively anti-consumer and anti-middle class, and it outright ignores underprivileged gamers. It's gross, despicable, greedy, pathetic, cowardly and out of touch with a growing global resentment for corporations. - Polygon 7th June 2013

I am not on Rebug, but I believe you would have to install the REBUG_355.1_PS3UPDAT and then there is a package file you use to update - Rebug_Update_Package_0.3_3.55.2.pkg

I always update to 3.55 OFW first before doing 3.55 CFW. Then install the REbug 3.55... You may also have to uninstall the Rebug 3.41 first.
And then you probably need to reinstall the emulators, multiman etc for 3.55, so yeah you could uninstall them first.

You may want to google it if no one else answers

Try the official support forums, over at (cough) my other site:

    http://www.ps3crunch.net/forum/forum...-REBUG-Support

I see if I can get one of them to drop in here, but they are very busy working on new PS3 projects!

my homebrew is multiman (i believe its 341 so should still run and the multiman 341 emulators pack and a couple of pkg files that rebug put there)so i guess ll i'll need is the 355 showtime add ons (youtube etc).

by the way is there any way to get things like i-player back, i had them on my 3.15 oos 60gb but not on this thing/

thanks guys, i ran the rebug 3.55.2 and it updated just fine then ran the rebug update pack and installed that, homebrew + others all still work

still isnt running a couple of things i thought it should, heavy rain just freezes at its install screen (i have the platinum move edition on retail disc, unknown on my hdd) and another title that was too high for 3.41 but under 3.55 (needed 3.43 i think) just gives a black screen.
