i guess we'll have to wait until the japanese gaming industry considers phones to be gaming devices and media create includes them in its sales figures before we find out, of course since they (like me) dont count download crap as anything real i'd guess the figure wouldnt be very high since you dont see many ios games at retail 
we now know the Xbox One's game licensing policy was written from the ground up for companies. It's aggressively anti-consumer and anti-middle class, and it outright ignores underprivileged gamers.
