Exclamation SSNES Multi-System Emulator 0.9.5 available

Now with a PROPER Playstation 3 release

SSNES emulates SNES, NES, GB/GBC/GBA, SMS, GG, Genesis and FBA.

Thanks to Maister and Squarepusher, SSNES 0.9.5 is now available for JB/CFW Playstation 3. This is a PROPER version of this multi system emulator for Playstation 3. SSNES not only emulates SNES but also emulates NES, GB/GBC/GBA, SMS, GG, Genesis and FBA. The emulator uses selectable cores from different emulators so it provides us the best gaming experience. The emulator is also available for Pc.

So if you like classic games, you can use now your Playstation 3 to play them.

The emulator looks fantastic when its running, my question is... how does the interface look once its all set up?

My big hang up on the PS3 (when it comes to emulators anyway.) is that most of them look like throw backs to the age of Dos... On the Wii you get a nice interface that looks very polished.

Before some one moans about me being a Wii fanboy, its the truth... Emulators on the Wii are 10X more mature then the ones on the PS3. As great as the PS3 hardware is compared to the Wii, the homebrew scene is leaps and bounds ahead on the Wii.

If you properly setup your Multiman Retro column it looks really polished!

Haven't done it myself, though. Seems like a lot of work...

That does look nice, agreed that it looks like a lot of work for what you get in the end lol

At least its a step up over the old Dos looking stuff.
