Diablo III beta will end on May 1

All beta accounts will be reset



Blizzard will end the Diablo III beta next month, 15 days before the release date of the game.

Blizzard has announced that the Diablo III beta servers will be shut down on May 1.

"We'd like to thank everyone who has participated in the Diablo III beta," the developer said. "You've done an admirable job of testing, and we greatly appreciate all of the feedback you provided during this critical phase of development."

Obviously, all beta accounts and character information will be reset, so players will only be able to comment in the official Diablo III forums.

Diablo III will finally launched on May 15.

I have had my D3 beta invite for a while but much like the Mists of Pandaria invite, I have tried to do little more that play with the basics so as to not ruin the experience when it launches properly.
