Apple changes new iPad's WiFi + 4G to WiFi + Cellular

Apple has finally gave up and decided to change the name of the new iPad 4G with a simple 'Cellular'

Due to the controversy that the 4G iPad's suffix caused in those countries which doen't have a real 4G (LTE) infrastructure yet and consequently felt cheated with the device's "misinformation", Apple has decided to change the name.

Now, the new iPad WiFi + 4G is know as iPad WiFi + Cellular.

This name is effective in stores (online or retail) included (but not limited to) those for the US, UK, Australia, Canada and various countries in Asia.

i dont understand the change, the hardware remains the same so its still wifi + north americian lte 4g only, doesnt this mean that it still wont work in every other country over their mobile networks?

It only stops them from getting sued, when someone does not pick up a 4G signal, which been happening even in areas with 4G!
