Both games will receive updates to resolve bugs

Capcom has confirmed that Street Fighter X Tekken and Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition (PC) will receive soon several patches to adress some issues.

We have been informed thanks to a recent Q&A by Capcom that Street Fighter X Tekken and and Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition for PC are about to receive patches to resolve some issues.

Svensson: For SFxT, a patch should be submitted to MS today. It will take some time (usually a week) for MS certification, signing of files and then some additional time for the coordination of pushing the patch out via non-Steam and Steam methods. I'm not 100% sure what's in the patch but I suspect it's at least the first launch fixes which should include the audio fix (but hopefully NOT the knife/projectile crash issue that's in the current console build). For clarity, the team in Japan won't send the PC team patch data until after it's propped on the console to ensure it's working as intended on those platforms before working it into the PC SKU. That's part of the reason why there's a gap.

For SSFIV AE, the 1.07 patch is in our internal QA now. It should be submitted to MS for approval in the next few days barring any major issues. Again, then it has to go through cert, signing and coordination of timing for the push live.
