Metal Gear Solid HD for Vita coming to Europe on June 29th

Europe finally got a release date for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid HD remake for Playstation Vita. It will be on the shelves on June 29th, a few weeks after the US launch.

If you were wondering when you can play Metal Gear Solid on your shiny new Vitas, now we have the answer.

If you live in Europe you will be playing this summer, specifically on June 29th.

If you are North American, you will get it in advance on June 12th.

According to MCV:

The PlayStation Vita version of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will be released in the UK on June 29th.

Sadly, this means European gamers will have to wait a few weeks for the game to make the trip across the Atlantic – it’s released in the US on June 12th.

The Vita version of the game, which was released on PS3 earlier this year, will not include MGS Peace Walker. However, the SKU will include both the original Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 as were released in Japan on the ill-fated MSX2 computer.

MGS Peace Walker is already available as a separate download on PSN.

Back to the Vita game – that will include Konami’s bizarrely titled Transfarring system hat allows owners of the PS3 title to share their game saves across both versions.

It also utilises Vita’s many control options.

So, save the date!

blah blah again with your sd failing to understand how the vita achieves hd quality graphics on a small screen and the fact that both games were completely remade, not just a exact port of the ps2 versions.

why dont you be gone go back to playing your sh1tty 3ds that cant even play games with pretty descent graphics without having bad slow down issues and some games for example mgs3 disables 3d, while vita gamers will be enjoying a miles better version than the 3ds.

you call it a less edition, yet where did konami say the vita version would come with peace walker for you then to say its a lesser edition when it dont come with it.

you also cant understand the fact that if konami were to offer peacewalker that would then require a larger game cartridge which would increase its retail price.

this will probably retail for £39 like most vita games which is good because its 2 full re made games and you can get MGS PW off PSN for £15 but would cost more to put it on a cartridge nevermind the same cartridge that already has MGS 2 and 3.
