A new Harry Potter game is coming, this time for Kinect.

Warner Bros has just announced Harry Potter for Kinect.

Developed by Eurocom the new Harry Potter game will offer us a "traditional" Kinect experience; minigames.

In the game, you'll be able to scan your face onto a player-created character, then you can cast spells, play Quidditch, choose a house, take part in duels, battle against Voldemort, etc... all with gestures and voice commands.

Harry Potter for Kinect is scheduled to be released this fall for Xbox 360.

for those with any interest in this and its ability to put you in the game another e3 video "escaped" a little early

check out that creepy girls face (well creepy after its in the game with the perma-smile).

no sign yet of a harry potter dance off minigame but i'm sure they have time to add one if user responses are largely negative after all it (failed) to work on star wars kinect.
