Retro Affect will release Snapshot for Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita. A Pc version of the game is also in the works.
Retro Affect has just announced that Snapshot will arrive to Playstation Vita and Playstation 3.
In the game you play as Pic, a robot with a camera that can remove and hold objects from the world when he snaps a picture of them. Then you can toss the pictures back into the world, which makes the objects come back out.
"As you progress through Snapshot you'll use the camera in new and interesting ways, like taking photographs of light and using it to interact with physics."The release date for the game has been set to this Fall and it will make use of the cross-platform saving ability on the Playstation Vita and Playstation 3. A Pc version is also in the works."Your camera even captures an object's momentum. This, combined with the ability to rotate photographs as you paste them, leads to more complex and interesting gameplay. For example, if a snowball is falling when you snap a photo, the snowball will hurl upwards if you paste that photograph back into the world upside-down."
