Metro: Last Light 'un-confirmed' for Wii U

According to THQ, the 'Metro: Last Light' port for Wii U 'could' still happen, but it would be 'correct' to say that it is no longer confirmed for the system.

According to THQ's Global brand manager Mark Madsen, the upcoming survival horror FPS is no longer confirmed for Wii U...

"Not at the moment, it's not in development," Madsen told Digital Spy.

"If it does happen, it won't sim-ship with the other SKUs, but if the opportunity arises we'll take a look at it."

Madsen also denied that Metro: Last Light's appearance during Wii U's third-party showreel at Nintendo's press conference at E3 last year was too premature.

"No I don't think it was a bit too early [to show the game at E3]. As we got along in the development process, we just really wanted to focus on what we knew, focus on PS3, 360 and PC," he explained.

"The verdict is out on what we can do to maximise the code for the Wii U, and we'll see [what happens]."

Considering the actual THQ financial situation, they could be waiting to see if the game does good on the rest of the systems.

Well, the game is still coming to XBOX 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, and is set for a release on 2013.

wow nintendo gamers will get to enjoy the kinda 360/ps3 gamers have been playing for a whole generation.... ohh only problem it forced primary controller, hello nintendo a primary simple controller please, your motion BS pads make them optional like sony/ms do.

id really like to see people try play a fps with that thing.

actually i wont, its perfectly reasonable to have an opinion that is different to just about everyone else, your posts get deleted when you spout your normal fanboy drivel, this time however you kept it reasonable.
