They don't want to give up.

After the ruling which favoured the Unreal Engine maker, Silicon Knights said they will continue to pursue their suit against Epic.

On Thursday, it was announced that Epic Games came 'victorious' in Silicon Knights lawsuit.

The studio now has to pay $4.5 million in "copyright infringement" damages.

However, Silicon Knights boss Dennis Dyack doesn't want to give up and said they will appeal the ruling:

“We are disappointed by the outcome and we plan on appealing,” Silicon Knights boss Dennis Dyack told GamesIndustry.
If you didn't know Silicon Knights sued Epic Games in 2007 due to a dispute over SK' licensing of Epic's Unreal Engine 3.

A jury in the US disagreed with SK' assertion, and found that the Canadian studio instead caused damage to Epic's license agreement and trade secrets.

Well, good luck to them this time?
