In other words.. The choice is mostly between alot of game sequels and Wii-U...

Wii-U is of course the most exciting thing at this E3, because it havent been shown off much yet...and its kind of a "strange" console from Nintendo again.

How exciting can it be to look at "yearly releases" of known franchises with no innovation?

I wouldnt be surprised if Nintendo steal the show again like they did with Wii.

Wanna know why so many buggy games never gets fixed on Xbox 360 and Windows Phone?

Microsoft charges 40.000$ each time a Indie dev submits a patch.

Microsoft...They are as Indie friendly as my Ass.

Wii U in short: Free online, frequently Free "On Disk DLC" and no online passes.

I suppose for now at least:
    1. Valve- for some reason I still hope for Half-Life Forever to be released.
    2. Wii U.
    3. Sony- if only to laugh at the inevitably pathetic reason they'll give to entice PSN subscribers given the recent announcement.

    nintendo (all of them)

ea, but only if they are there to announce massive layoffs and filing for chapter 11 (so not likely)

sony, because i genuinely think they have some good stuff to show beyond the generic sequels and i really want to see how they try and spin the abject failure of the vita and what they try to do to resuscitate it.

i'm afraid the ms conference will be every bit as crap as last years waste of bandwidth been there done that sequels to a few already flogged to death dead horses, kinect and more kinect and everyones favorite, more useless apps for live gold subscribers only.

we now know the Xbox One's game licensing policy was written from the ground up for companies. It's aggressively anti-consumer and anti-middle class, and it outright ignores underprivileged gamers. It's gross, despicable, greedy, pathetic, cowardly and out of touch with a growing global resentment for corporations. - Polygon 7th June 2013

If tuesday Nintendo press conference is anything like tonight's pre-E3 show, please stop voting for it, and pick something else instead.

Wii U = Facebook on your TV

See you all in 2015 when we have a REAL next-gen system to talk, write, play with.

I can honestly say the only thing I'm looking forward to seeing more details on is Dead Space 3.

I'd like to see how MS is going to screw the dashboard up even more than it already is so I get some advance notice on it. I'd really like them to announce my option to have the ability to hide the tabs I don't use regularly. Why is "Games" listed as the 4th or 5th tab over on a gaming console? MS I wonder sometimes if you have your damn priorities straight.

R.I.P. my beloved wife and soul mate. You gave me 20 years of love during our wonderful marriage.

Your post has me thinking, why not have the ability to add or subtract things to a dashboard or home channel or what ever its called. Or to have themes created by users or developers and shared?

No reason in this day and age why anyone should have a UI they don't like shoved down there throat.

I don't own a 360 so I can't speak about if the hacked consoles can do this, but on the Wii they have been doing a lot of cool hacking with the interface and themes.

well the end of todays round and my god what a load of ****.

microsoft gave us kinect with (just about) everything and apps we have to triple pay for (isp + sub + live).

ea tempted us with cool looking stuff but gave us just enough to remind everyone that behind the smiles lies a serial rapist just looking for new ways to degrade us (and what we buy).

ubisoft showed some decent stuff and then shot it down with exclusive dlc announced in the sony conference.

sony promised much and failed to deliver just about everything, repeats of ubi's conference, some kiddy storybook that didnt quite work as planned, a cut down cod black ops for vita instead of a full console game, a poor rip off of super smash brothers, only 2 decent things, the new quantic dreams game looked good and a gameplay demo of the last of us.
