Stainless has surpassed the $500,000 barrier on its Carmageddon: Reincarnation Kickstarter project but there is still time to reach $600,000 and get the game on Linux and Mac

As you might know, Carmageddon is coming again, thanks to the Kickstarter project that Stainless set up almost one month ago.

The initial goal was to reach $400,000 to get the game on PC as soon as on February 2013. The goal was completed days ago.

During that time, the devs were introducing new rewards and exciting stuff such as the free Carmageddon 1 on GOG for all the backers, physical copies of the game, collector's items , the revamped Carmageddon on iOS and Android this summer (Free in the first 24h) and more.

Now, the pledges have surpassed the $500,000 barrier and there are still more than two days left to reach $600,000, one of the proposed stretch goals to bring Carmageddon: Reincarnation also on Linux and Mac.

So if you want the game on such platforms and even accelerate the process for this to be released on consoles (Playstation 3 and Xbox 360) just contribute .
