Exclamation Nikkei: Nintendo planning Larger 3DS

Another report by the Japanese Newspaper.

Just ahead the Nintendo E3 press conference, Nikkei reports 'a couple of announcements' regarding 3DS and Wii U!

Japanese Newspaper Nikkei seems to have "leaked" two announcements regarding 3DS and Wii U.

The first one says that Nintendo will announce a large screen version of the 3DS system.

The new version will have a 4.3 inch screen, or 1.5 times the current size. A release in North America, Japan and Europe could happen as early as Summer.

If you remember, Iwata stated that they'll focus on the Wii U at their upcoming E3 press conference, so, we could miss the "3DS XL" announcement tomorrow?

In any case, looks like an official announcement isn't far away.

nintendo have denied this (although that means little)

we now know the Xbox One's game licensing policy was written from the ground up for companies. It's aggressively anti-consumer and anti-middle class, and it outright ignores underprivileged gamers. It's gross, despicable, greedy, pathetic, cowardly and out of touch with a growing global resentment for corporations. - Polygon 7th June 2013
