Exclamation Is Nintendo readying a 'Wii U Tour'?

Kicking off in New York City soon...

Looks like Nintendo could be planning a Wii U Tour, in which they'll showcase the new console and its games, before the console launch.

According to website "Ripten", an email from Nintendo invited them to a special Wii U preview event in New York City.
Apparently, the invite was sent to the author because "He is a Nintendo Club member".

This is the e-mail he received:

Also, it looks like a Nintendo rep confirmed that Nintendo does plan to do a Wii U tour but he said it was going to be "a media only affair".

In an interview with NOA's Charlie Scibetta at this year E3, he admitted it would prove difficult for the company to make people “understand” the Wii U.

“It can appeal to people all ranges in terms of their gaming ability but it’s hard to understand the system until you get your hands on it.”

“A big part of our strategy has been and will continue to be trial, getting it in as many people’s hands as possible.”
So, it's probably real and it could be a pretty good idea making the Wii U accessible to the public before its launch.

Let's hope this happens in many other cities around the world too!

"full HD graphics" hahahahaha, so why are all their "full hd" games only in 720p (which is classed as hd ready not full hd which is 1080p)

Nintendo lives in their own world, there is no other 'gaming systems or companies' besides Nintendo. -- A true loyal Nintendo fan would never dream of touching another box. -- So those invited will see 'full hd' since the previous Nintendo was only 480p. -- So its HD to them!

But now this debate is going to split over into this thread from the other, but this 'email' is proof, Nintendo themselves at least the PR machine is stating 'full HD graphics'!
