Apple has introduced a new peripheral to use Ethernet on non-Ethernet Macs via the Thunderbolt port

Apple has filled its Store with another new peripheral, a Gigabit Ethernet adapter to bring the good features of a wired network to those Macs that doesn't have this kind of port (MacBook Air and the new MacBook Pro Retina).

What kind of moron company releases a computer without Ethernet port?

I think that Apple is the only dumbass to do this. Cuz we all know that all routers & switches use Thunderbolt. /sarcasm

I have lost the last bit of recognition I had for Apple. Freakin crazy.

Whats next Apple MacBooks without a USB port, or power plug? Heck why not just a shell with no working internal components.

the same kind that releases stuff with sd card slots, usb ports and hdmi connectors and then sells massively overpriced converters that owners have to carry around as dead weight for when they need them.
