Fire Emblem: Awakening is a a tactical RPG developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo.
The game was released last April in Japan and was well received by fans and critics in there. It was also one of the first Nintendo published games to receive paid DLC.
Yes, we already knew that the game was going to be localised, but Nintendo has just confirmed that it will launch next year.
No specific date was given, but at least we know it's really coming. So, be patient!Fire Emblem: Awakening is going to be released during 2013 in North America and Europe, as reported during the recent Nintendo Direct presentations.
Although the existance of DLC has been confirmed, it should be noted that the presentation made no note of the "Awakening" subtitle, instead just listing "Fire Emblem" by itself over a black screen.
