Yeah, Kaz Hirai leaved SCE a few days ago. But they threw a goodbye party for him to say thanks. They also gave him a bunch of flowers and a custom PS3...

As we informed you, Kaz Hirai has officially bid farewell to Sony's PlayStation division.

Well, Sony Computer Entertainment threw a goodbye party for him to say thanks.

It was attended by SCE president Shuhei Yoshida, who posted pictures of the ceremony on his Twitter account.

Hirai, looking dashing in a simple lavender shirt [does he have any other? -Ed] and smart black trousers, was presented with a bouquet of flowers.

Disarmed by their scent, Hirai was then gifted a specially-designed custom PlayStation 3 console, coloured silver and wine red.

"A special PS3 custom made for Kaz", commented Yoshida. "Not for sale."

Well hopefully this means the PS4 launch won't be made a laughing stock of along with misdirection focusing on all it's non gaming features over the actual primary function of the console, you know what it is Kaz if you think really hard, no sorry it's not blu-ray, just think of the game you made a tit of yourself out of, and I'll give you a hint I just told you, no you said Blu-ray last time, Games Kaz Games you know RRRRRIIIIIIDDDDDGGGGE RRRRRAAACCCER NOW EVERY ONE THINKS I'M A TIT, ok I'll give you that it is some sort of Blu-ray.

This is a Power supply , hot swappable so when power supply going crazy and shut PS3 down you can easily swap it to a new one.
it happens A LOT (only on slim models) like 5% of Sony Power supplies have this problem (made by sony) , btw some PS3 use Power supply from Delta factory , 0% problems.
